Serving on the AWWOA Executive Board is an opportunity to make life-long friendships and give back to your industry! Use your expertise and knowledge to positively
impact AWWOA programs and events.
Elected members direct the affairs of the Association including the Annual Operators Seminar, Annual Golf Tournament, Water Week Conference, Training and Awards. Board members attend four Executive Meetings per year and contribute additional hours as needed. As a member of the Executive, you will also receive free registration to the Annual Operators Seminar and
Water Week Conference.
Executive Board nominations are now being accepted for the 2022 Executive Board.
The nomination deadline is December 1st, 2021.
Nominations are being accepted in the following categories:
✅ one member from a municipality over 150,000
✅ one member from a municipality over 25,000, and at or under 150,000
✅ one member from a municipality over 5,000, and at or under 25,000
✅ one member from a municipality at or under 5,000
✅ one member from the Public Facilities Category
✅ one member from the Life Member Category
✅ one Alberta Provincial Director Appointee to Western Canada Water
To be eligible for voting and to receive the 2022 electronic voting ballot, your membership must be in good standing by January 31st, 2022. Election results will be announced at the Annual General Meeting on March 16th, 2021.
