Whether you are in a supervisory position, aspire to be or anticipate a promotion to a leadership role, these sessions will cover topics to aid with your skills. You will learn how to assess personal effectiveness in supervising while also making performance conversations meaningful. In addition, you will examine ways to build a culture of motivated people and learn leadership skills and traits that will help you successfully navigate change.
