**IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR 2026**
Booking Maximums: Please note for 2026 only one (1) booth PER COMPANY will be permitted.  Our goal for the show is to continue to include as many exhibitors as possible so we will be limiting the number of booths any company can purchase.  Any duplicates will automatically be removed and your first booth booked will be kept.

Banff Park Lodge Renovation Updates: Renovations have been completed to all guest rooms AND all of the Conference spaces on the lower level of the hotel. This has impacted some areas of the trade show.  See below for more information.  NOTE: La Terraza Bar & Lounge WILL NOT BE open for 2026 as renovations are completed to this area.

Trade Show Maps: Please note the following changes to booth layouts for 2026:
     -LOWER LEVEL (pdf) – renovations have been made to all trade show spaces on the main level of the BPL.  This will impact booths in the Black Bear, Den, Hallway and Lynx Room.  We have also made changes to the Tree (Lodge) rooms to accommodate changes from last year’s renovations. A new room has been added, the New Lynx, across from the Black Bear and we’re pleased to add 6 new booths for 2026!
     -UPPER LEVEL (pdf) – renovations have been completed to Crave Mountain Grill Restaurant.  There were no other renovations completed to the upper booth spaces for 2026 so booth layouts will remain the same.

Exhibitor Access: Please note your booth registration and booth rep access is only available for the days of the trade show (March 9 & 10, 2026). This includes any networking events on those days. If you’d like to attend the whole Seminar, you can purchase a discounted pass for $160+GST (single day pass rate) for access to technical sessions from Wednesday to Friday including the networking events.  NOTE: the banquet is it’s own ticket and must be purchased separately.  Registration will be available on our website starting November 1, 2025.  If you have any questions about what you have access to as an exhibitor, please email kmihaychuk@awwoa.ca.

Online Booth Rep Registration & Extra Pass Purchases

You can now register your booth rep information and purchase extras passes online!  Once you have checked out with your booth, a link will be available on your screen to register your reps.  This link can also be found on your receipt or invoice so you can always add this information or purchase extra passes at a later date.  Your link is unique to your company so please check your receipt for the direct link. Please note you will still be required to complete a cart check out for the two complimentary reps.

Please note: if you are booking your space on your mobile device, the live map will NOT load.  A listing of available spaces will appear on the screen in a drop down menu, so please have the booth #  you would like to book noted and on hand.  It is also recommended to have a few booth #'s noted in the event the first choice is not available.   To check out the map beforehand, please click here.
